We are truly blessed to be living today, in these times.
God has put us here, now, for a reason. He is calling us forth as saints to proclaim His Gospel anew.
But our post-Christian culture presents us with so many hard and complicated challenges on a near-daily basis that can’t be answered simply by retreating into ideological or political camps. We need to carefully discern the “signs of the times” and how to respond to them.
That is my mission.

Hi, I’m Patrick.
I’m a Catholic disciple, husband, father of six, media and communications professional, and theologian. I worked in Catholic media for eleven years as a journalist, editor, and executive, and now I’m an independent writer and full-time PhD student in theology. I write about the challenge of faith, family, and evangelization in our increasingly post-Christian times.
